BLACKPOOL manager Steve Bruce missed yesterday’s match against Barnsley following the death of his baby grandson.
Four-month-old Madison was the child of former Leeds, Fulham and Millwall striker Matt Smith, who is Bruce’s son-in-law.
In a statement, Blackpool said: “Everyone at the football club send their love to Steve and his family. We ask that their privacy is respect-their respect. pened to a nicer lad.”
