SCUNTHORPE United boss Keith Hill insists today’s basement battle with Oldham Athletic has no extra significance.
The Iron are bottom of the entire EFL with just two wins from 21 games and none so far in Hill’s eight-game reign.
However, opponents Oldham are above them only on goal difference, with the pair both three points adrift of 22nd-placed Stevenage.
“It’s just another game and you have to try and make the most of these opportunities, whether it’s against Oldham or Forest Green at the top of the league,” said Hill.
