HE COULD have cost Yeovil boss Darren Way his marriage, so perhaps it was only right that Alex Fisher joined the Glovers.
The 27-year-old striker has joined Yeovil on a oneand- a-half year contract from Scottish Premiership outfit Motherwell.
“It’s good signing for us,” said Way. “We tried to get him in the summer and I nearly divorced my wife with the amount of time I spent on the phone to him!
“We couldn’t quite match Motherwell at the time. With his age, he’s got experience and can help the younger players.”
