The top-scorer has been in imperious form for the since they were promoted back into the , and has so far scored 16 goals and registered two assists this season.

It is an amazing run of form for a player who has only ever plied his trade in non-league at clubs such as Hinckley Town and Solihull Moors, so it is no surprise to see his quick adjustment to life in the turning a few heads.

teams such as and , who both have genuine promotion aspirations this season, are thought to be keen on the 23-year-old's services, but Bogle told the Grimsby Telegraph: “You can't do anything about speculation. It is what it is.”

It has been a meteoric rise for the striker who failed to make a first-team appearance when a youth player at West Brom, or Celtic and only joined Grimsby last year.

“At the end of the day, it [the speculation] just means I'm doing something right for the team,” Bogle added.

“Long may that continue. I just want to keep working hard and doing the right things.

“As a young player that's doing okay for his team, there will be speculation.”
