Leicester City star Stephy Mavididi says it’s ‘fantastic’ to have been chosen as the Sky Bet Championship Player of the Month.
The 25-year-old winger scored five of the Foxes’ 18 goals in December as his confidence and influence in the all-conquering team grew.
Leicester won six of their seven games in the month and were only denied a clean sweep by a last-gasp Ipswich equaliser in their top-of-the-table showdown.
