Sammie Szmodics, Sam Hoskins and Jake Young are celebrating scooping the Sky Bet EFL Player of the Month awards for November.
Blackburn’s attacking midfielder Szmodics enjoyed a month to remember with a new contract, the captain’s armband and six goals in four games.
“My confidence is high, I’ve been playing well, the team’s been playing well and I’m over the moon with it,” the 28-year-old said of his award.
“I’ve hit a real purple patch and I’m playing the best football I’ve ever played. That’s down to my team-mates and the manager.”
