CHAMPIONSHIP managers across the land breathed a sigh of relief when Daniel Farke saved his skin on Wednesday night.
All the rumours had suggested that defeat to Chelsea would spell the end of the German’s two-and-a-half years at Leeds. Instead, a 3-1victory stopped the rot and saw Farke live to fight another day.
Whether it is more than a stay of execution remains to be seen. But if Farke is sacked, he would attract Championship clubs like Kim Hellberg on a flying visit to London.
