Luton’s form is horrible, their confidence shot.
Last weekend’s 5-1 defeat to Middlesbrough bore all the hallmarks of a team that has lost the courage of its convictions, and crumbles at the first sign of adversity.
Clearly, things need to improve, and fast.
But it should not be forgotten that, like Robins, Edwards is being judged against a history of spectacular overachievement.
