The importance of Josh Coburn to Millwall’s unlikely bid for the play-offs should not be underestimated.
Since the on-loan Middlesbrough striker returned from injury in February, the Lions had won five of the nine games he had featured in pre-weekend, and Coburn struck the decisive goal in three of them.
Had injuries not restricted the 22-year-old to just ten starts this term, who knows how much higher Alex Neil’s side would be?
