Matty needs backing to keep Millers in Champ

Matt Taylor deserves his chance at Rotherham but, if I’m honest, it’s a surprising appointment.
Taylor, who won promotion from League Two with Exeter last season, is a very different character to Paul Warne.
Warney was very open, very ‘This is me, this is what I’m about’. He wore his heart on his sleeve, was very empathetic and really player-orientated.
From what I’ve heard and seen of Matty, right, he’s a very bright guy and good at what he does. But he’s a bit more quiet, a bit more of a thinker. A bit less expressive.
