WHILE Derby’s plight in the Championship is far from ideal, it is worth looking back at last year’s final Championship table.
Ten clubs would have survived relegation if they had suffered a 21-point penalty. Middlesbrough in 10th totalled 64 points, while Wycombe were relegated in third bottom with 43 points and an inferior goal difference.
