‘BE LIKE Nick Powell’ is the message from caretaker manager Graham Barrow as Wigan look to end the season on a high.
The Latics have struggled for rhythm this campaign, though Powell has been a rare beacon of light, scoring a hat-trick in a dramatic 3-2 win over Barnsley ten days ago.
That complemented strikes against Rotherham and Brighton, with Barrow hoping others follow the 23-year-old striker’s lead.
“I know good players keep the game simple, but I think some of our lads would do well to have a look at Nick,” Barrow admitted.
