CATON DOUBLES UP TO SHOOT DOWN ‘UNACCEPTABLE’ REDS

JOHN Doolan heaped praise on striker Charlie Caton after he netted twice to double his tally for the season.
Stanley opened the scoring after four minutes when Caton got the ball on the edge of the six-yard box and smashed it into the roof of the net.
Crawley grew into the game and levelled after 20 minutes when Danilo Orsi pounced on a loose ball in the area and fired home from close range, but Stanley retook the lead in the 55th minute when Liam Coyle’s ball into the box was flicked up in the air and Caton headed home while almost on the goal line.
