FOR Kyle Joseph, swapping Hull City for Middlesbrough does not mean his Premier League dreams have been dashed. They have simply been delayed.
Back in May, the 24-year-old forward was watching from the Wembley sidelines as Oli McBurnie scored a 95th-minute winner to send the Tigers into the top-flight at the Teessiders’ expense.
Though injured for that play-off final, Joseph had scored eight goals in 44 games for a Hull side that defied relegation odds to snatch a top-six place on the final day.
