Former Everton, Liverpool and West Ham midfielder Don Hutchison believes Chris Wilder has a rebuild on his hands this summer but can bring Sheffield United back into the Premier League once again.
However, he thinks that one move that could be sensible would be to keep Kalvin Phillips after his loan spell from Manchester City ended.
Hutchison also praised Wilder for having the bravery to add Patrick Bamford to the line-up after their previous spat.

Rebuild
After returning to club for a third spell following the sacking of Ruben Selles, Wilder steered the Blades away from any lingering relegation threat but was unable to push for an unlikely play-off spot.
In an exclusive interview with BestBettingSites, former Sheffield United man Hutchison expressed his belief in the Blades pushing for promotion whilst Wilder remains at the helm.
“I think there’s no reason why they couldn’t (push for promotion). Under Chris Wilder, they could.”
Hutchison also had praise for the signing of Kalvin Phillips and the former Scotland international hopes to see him at Bramall Lane next season.
“I think Phillips is one of these players where he suits Sheffield United. I think he suits the city, and suits the work ethic of what Sheffield United fans want and expect from a player.
“So yeah, he’s a player that can roll his sleeves up, and I think he’ll do well for them.
“The job that Wilder’s got in the summer, again, is clearing deadwood.
“It’s making Sheffield United hungry again, like that first spell when he brought them up and had them playing some super football.
“So I think it’s a big summer for Sheffield United and Chris Wilder. I think he’ll turn it around and do much better next season.”
