WARNE FEELSEMOTION AS DONS DELIVER PROMOTION

PAUL Warne was delighted as a comfortable home victory for MK Dons over Tranmere Rovers saw his side win promotion to League One and started celebrations with a game to spare.
MK Dons knew a win would confirm promotion and they achieved exactly that, with the Dons returning to League One after three seasons battling it out in League Two.
Nathaniel Mendez-Laing scored after 18 minutes as he intercepted a clearance and hit a first-time strike into the bottom corner.
