HODGSON IN HIGH SPIRITS DESPITE FIRST DEFEAT

ROY Hodgson insisted that he was far from downhearted despite suffering his first defeat as Bristol City manager. The hugely experienced boss had collected seven points from his previous three games in charge, and will now be looking for a reaction to the defeat by Norwich when they take on high-flying Southampton on Tuesday.
