GRECIAN BUDGET WORRIES ALLAYED

EXETER interim chairman Laurence Overend has reassured supporters that a reduction in the club’s wage budget next season will not be as dramatic as first feared.
The fan-owned Grecians currently operate on an annual playing budget of around £4m, which is one of the lowest in League One.
However, former chairman Richard Pym told a fans’ forum in January that this could be cut by between £1m and £1.5m next term.
