PLYMOUTH boss Tom Cleverley will have the final say over any January transfers according to director of football Derek Adams.
Adams, 50, spent four years as Pilgrims manager and won promotion to League One in the 2016-17 season.
After spells at Bradford, Ross County and Morecambe, he returned to Home Park earlier this month and was handed control of all football operations.
However, after confirming that Plymouth have the funds to make signings in January, Adams insisted that nobody will be brought in against the wishes of Cleverley.
