ALFIE Lloyd says advice from Charlie Kelman was key to him joining Leyton Orient on a season-long loan from QPR.
Kelman, 23, made the exact same move last summer and smashed 23 goals to win the League One golden boot. He subsequently made a £3.5m move to Championship new boys Charlton, but not before urging 22-year-old Lloyd to follow in his footsteps.
