West Brom leader Kyle Bartley retires

Kyle Bartley says West Brom will forever be part of his life after announcing his retirement at the age of 34.
The centre-back joined the Baggies from Swansea for £4m in 2018 and went on to score 15 goals in 232 appearances, winning promotion to the Premier League in his second season and rising to become club captain.
Bartley featured 31 times last term but underwent keyhole surgery last September to correct a long-standing knee problem and had what was described as a follow-up procedure earlier this summer.
