David Wheeler says reuniting with his former Wycombe Wanderers boss Gareth Ainsworth at Shrewsbury Town just makes sense.
The 34-year-old midfielder made over 200 appearances for the Chairboys before his contract was terminated by mutual consent prior to the transfer deadline.
Now the former QPR man has been snapped up by Ainsworth to help their bid for survival from League One.
