Norwich City head coach Johannes Hoff Thorup conceded that his side should have done “better” against 10-man Watford in a narrow 1-0 victory for the visitors.

After their initial burst, the home side were unable to keep up their intensity, with Norwich comfortably making their one-man advantage count – albeit without creating too much in the way of chances.

It nonetheless proved to be a comfortable victory for the Canaries, who inched closer to the playoffs after their second straight victory.
