The visitors come into the game on the back of a win in their last match, having beaten Stoke City 2-1 at home, with goals from Karlan Ahearne-Grant and Kion Etete.

The Robins, meanwhile, lost their last match, 2-1 against Sheffield Wednesday, with their goal scored by Jason Knight.

In the last 10 years, Bristol City and Cardiff have played each other on 15 occasions. Bristol City won six of them, Cardiff eight, and they drew once.

Their last meeting was on October 28, when Cardiff won 2-0 at home.
