CARDIFF midfielder Marlon Pack admits he is his “harshest critic” and feels he can be “more influential” on the pitch.
The 30-year-old former Bristol City ace had missed just two Championship games for the Bluebirds this season heading into today’s clash at West Brom and hopes his experience is rubbing off on some of the club’s young players.
