ROTHERHAM boss Paul Warne has hailed the efforts of his coaching staff and players for adapting quickly to a new formation.
Warne has introduced a new 3-5-2 setup as he looks to steer the Millers away from the relegation zone.
The South Yorkshire club have been on a difficult run of form of late, including defeats to Swansea, QPR and Brentford.
However, Warne believes the new formation will give him more options as Rotherham enter a crucial period.
