DARREN Ferguson dedicated Peterborough’s derby win over local rivals Northampton to club legend Tommy Robson, who died earlier in the week.
Robson made a club-record 559 appearances for Posh and would have enjoyed the dominant manner of their victory over the Cobblers.
Nathan Thomspon broke the deadlock in the first half before Reece Brown’s second nine minutes from time secured a third league win of the season for Ferguson’s men. And he was delighted with the victory, feeling his side outsmarted their hosts.
