Molesey’s glad to be finally off the Mark

SOUTHEND boss Mark Molesley was delighted with the effort from his team after a late goal from Nathan Ralph gave them their first point in four league games.
The Shrimpers had to come from behind to hold Crawley at the Broadfield Stadium.
Striker Ashley Nadesan fired Town ahead midway through the first half, but Southend never gave up battling and were rewarded with Ralph’s equaliser.
Molesley felt his side deserved a point and believes there are many positive signs despite their challenging start to the season.
