JOSH Harrop is enjoying the “freedom” afforded to him in the Preston team by manager Alex Neil.
The 23-year-old playmaker has featured nine times for the Lilywhites in all competitions so far this season, seven of those starts, and the former Manchester United midfielder scored at Middlesbrough in midweek.
Harrop said: “I’m happy to be in the team at the moment and I know I have to keep working hard to stay in the team.
“The manager gives me the freedom to play and try and make things happen in the final third and I really enjoy that.”
