EXETER manager Matt Taylor has played down speculation over a move for Oxford City striker Kabongo Tshimanga.
The 21-year-old scored an FA Cup hat-trick against Tranmere earlier this season, leading to reported Football League interest.
Taylor said: “It’s not anything I’m aware of. Obviously we are outside the window, but we know about him.
“I think he came to prominence when he scored a hat-trick at Tranmere in the FA Cup, so he is a known name at Non-League level and we monitor those levels.
