Shrimps go Wildig as Forest are cut down

MORECAMBE boss Jim Bentley lauded Aaron Wildig’s late goal after his side pinched the points at Forest Green.
With the game heading for a scoreless draw, Morecambe skipper Wildig pounced inside the box with four minutes to go.
Bentley’s side were dogged throughout as Rovers failed to profit from a raft of chances.
Bentley said: “Forest Green are a great side and this is a tough place to come, but our lads dug in. You can get at Forest Green on the counter, and that’s what we did.
