POTTER’S RETURN ON HOLD

PAUL Warne had hoped to have Darren Potter available for the festive period but admits he will have to come up with a plan B after the Rotherham midfielder was ruled out.
Potter, 33, is battling an Achilles problem that has sidelined him for three weeks, and the Millers’ programme of four games in ten days has come too soon for him.
“Potter is going to be another couple of weeks,” said Rotherham boss Warne. “He has a bit of soreness and bruising on his bone.
“He is seeing a specialist but I will probably be without him until the New Year.”
