R’S SWEAT ON KONE

QPR fear Richard Kone could be set for a lengthy absence after suffering a knee injury during an U21 game against Bolton.
Kone, the Hoops’ top scorer with ten Championship goals last term, was chosen after struggling to reach peak fitness following an injury in pre-season.
Initial tests suggest he has not suffered anterior cruciate ligament damage but tests tomorrow are expected to reveal a significant injury.
