CLUBS’ coalition Fair Game believe there is scope to improve on the proposed restructure of English football. The government’s white paper is due to be released this week but was leaked to The Sun. It is set to trigger a major shake-up in how clubs are bought and managed. An independent regulator would be introduced, despite opposition from the Premier League.
