Ahead of yesterday’s visit of Birmingham, the Lilywhites, remarkably, hadn’t conceded a leaguegoal in seven games. New keeper Freddie Woodman must be loving every minute of it. Indeed, the only goal he’d conceded in eight matches this term was in a 4-1 win in the Carabao Cup at Huddersfield. If Lowe can add that cutting edge to his team in the Championship, just imagine what they could achieve!
