For a man who possessed talent by the bucketload, Vincent Kompany has little time for talk of natural ability.
“Talent? It’s massively overrated,” says the 36-year-old Burnley manager, who won four Premier League titles as the captain of Manchester City and skippered the Belgium squad that finished third at the 2018 World Cup.
