Winger Manuel Benson ‘can’t wait’ to get stuck into the Championship after hitching a ride on Vincent Kompany’s Burnley bandwagon.
The 25-year-old Belgian became his compatriot’s tenth signing of a busy summer at Turf Moor, joining from Royal Antwerp on a four-year deal.
He previously played for Lierse, Genk and Mouscron (loan) before joining Antwerp in 2019. He also had a loan spell with Dutch club PEC Zwolle in his Antwerp days.
