ROTHERHAM United must be the “fittest and best prepared” side in the Championship to bring an end to their yo-yo existence, according to summer signing Conor Washington.
The 30-year-old forward is hoping to help the Millers break a seven-season cycle of alternate second and third-tier campaigns.
