LEAM Richardson has hailed the “application and work-rate” of returning striker Callum Lang.The 22-year-old scored four goals in his first five games for Wigan since coming back from a loan spell at Motherwell.Boss Richardson said: “Callum has been excellent for us.“He epitomises the effort levels we need if we are going to stay up.
