ROBERTS’ SPECIAL RETURN

GARY Roberts has been backed to do “something special” at Stanley after he sealed a return to the club. Boss John Coleman has signed the winger for a second time on a deal until the end of the season after he managed the 36-yearold between 2005 and 2007, when they won promotion to the Football League.
Roberts left Wigan in November, before spending six weeks with old club Bala Town in the Cymru Premier.
Coleman said: “We are hoping we can do something special with him in this side.”
