JEM Karacan hopes to use his experience to lift Scunthorpe away from relegation trouble after signing a short-term deal with the club.
The former Reading midfielder, 31, has signed on for the rest of the season after leaving Australian club Central Coast Mariners.
“I’ve won the Championship, been promoted from League One and I’m hoping to help the team get up the table,” he said.
“I’m looking forward to getting back playing.
“I’d like to think I’ve been there and done a lot in my career. “
