CLARKE’S SADDLERS OPTIMISM

DARRELL Clarke is hoping Walsall can be up amongst the promotion candidates when the League Two season “hots up” in the new year.
The Saddlers have had a mixed start to the campaign and were languishing in 16th spot ahead of the weekend, but boss Clarke has pointed out it is still early days.
