KARL Robinson believes Oxford have grabbed a bargain in Jordan Obita.
The 26-year-old left Reading this summer following a number of injury problems and after a successful trial spell has signed a deal with the U’s until the end of the season.
There is an option for a further 12 months, and Robinson said: “To pick up someone who has made over 200 appearances, mostly at a higher level, is great for us and gives us options and real competition at left-back and on the left of midfield.
