OWNER Mel Morris is confident manager Phillip Cocu will turn things around at Derby amid reports this week that Wayne Rooney is being lined up to replace him. The Rams only secured their first win of the Championship season against Norwich at the start of the month, and sat 21st in the table after the weekend programme.
