FLINDERS OUT FOR SEASON…

LEAGUE TWO
CHELTENHAM Town goalkeeper Scott Flinders will miss the rest of the season after undergoing surgery on a broken leg.
The 33-year-old fractured a tibia and fibula during the second half of Town’s 3-0 win over Oldham Athletic and underwent an operation the following day.
The Robins said in a statement: “Though expected to make a full recovery, he will miss the remainder of the season.”
Town’s head of medical Gavin Crowe added: “The outcome now is down to time and also his rehab. We must thank the NHS for the great service they provided.”
