LEYTON Orient are confident defender Sam Ling can continue to be a key player for the club after he agreed a one-year contract extension.
The 22-year-old, who joined the O’s in February last year, has made a strong start to the season and will remain at his boyhood club until 2021.
An Orient statement read: “Having made his Efldebut against Cheltenham on the opening day of the season, the defender has been ever-present at the back and played a vital part in contributing to some of the goals going forward, earning himself a nomination for August player of the month.&rd...
