Henderson keeps Dale in battle to stay up

BRIAN Barry- Murphy hailed his Rochdale side’s resilience after a hard-fought draw at Gillngham extended their unbeaten run to four games.
Dale slipped to 23rd in the table, but such is the incredibly tight nature of the League One relegation battle, they’re only behind 20th-placed Southend on goal difference.
Leading scorer Ian Henderson gave Rochdale the lead with his first goal since February 19, but Mark Byrne equalised for the Gills in first-half stoppage time and the visitors were forced to battle in the second 45 minutes to earn a point.
