IT was, says Isaiah Osbourne, like he’d robbed a bank. Reserve team manager Kvin MacDonald had tried to get the police into an office, quiet like, no fuss, no embarrassment.
Osbourne, just a few weeks away from his 22nd birthday, was instead marched out of Aston Villa’s training ground by the police.
Two police cars were waiting. He was off for questioning at a Birmingham nick about an alleged robbery.
His life has never been the same again.
