RUDDY IS TOP GOALIE

CHAMPIONSHIP
WOLVES goalkeeper John Ruddy was set to presented with the Sky Bet Championship Golden Glove award at yesterday’s game against Sheffield Wednesday.
The new prizes are for the keepers with the most clean sheets in each of the EFL’s three divisions.
Ruddy, 31, was able to pick up his award yesterday because his total of 23 clean sheets for the season was three ahead of his nearest rival, Aston Villla’s Sam Johnstone, with only two fixtures left to play.
