MIDFIELDER Richie Smallwood believes Adam Armstrong can shoot Blackburn into the Championship and describes him as a special talent.
The Newcastle United loanee, 21, has seven goals in seven appearances after shooting blanks for his first five games for the Ewood Park club.
Armstrong has been at Newcastle since he was a youngster and has played for England at youth level but has spent much of the last three seasons on loan.
Smallwood, 27, says the loan star has an extremely bright future ahead of him at Rovers and beyond.
